A big surprise for me this time at Costco -- they have a new product that I knew I had to have -- it is Soy Energy -- it is mixed with soybean, almonds (great for you), cranberries, and pumpkin kernels. I have found a great new snack that gives me energy and is good for you. It goes great on salads too!
A great time to go to Costco is on Thursdays around lunch time -- the produce is fresh as they are gearing up for the weekends, yet it is not that crowded -- I can get in and out in record time.
And, there are so many goodies of all kinds ready to sample all over the store -- the other day it was the Kashi lean bar -- delicious; several different new juices, the salsa that is my favorite -- made right here in Arizona and the quiche -- I love to walk around with my list and as I am shopping, try the samples -- I usually do buy a lot of those products!
I have lunch, I shop, and I leave a very happy camper!
